Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or faulty on arrival. You will be required to return the item to our head office with 14 days of receiving the item. Once received the item will be inspected and processed accordingly. Full refunds and reissuing of items can take up to 30 days.

In the event of requesting a refund on an unwanted purchase, the item must be returned to our head office unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened, used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.

Replacements

We do not offer services to replace individual items in our games in the event of losing or damaging during play. In the event that a component is missing at arrival, please contact us directly as hello@minordisastergames.co.uk explaining the situation. We will liaise with you to arrange replacement components.
